Intercleanse Ltd, have in place strict health and safety procedures, which are supported by third party organisations such as Exor, Safe Contractor and Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’. We ensure each site and operator are fully equipped with the correct documentation and knowledge of the up to date working and Health & Safety regulations. Every site are supplied with all the relevant documentation such as all COSHH data, Risk and Method statements, insurances and manuals, which are updated accordingly.
All operators are CSCS carded, however many operators are SSSTS, SMSTS, IPAF, and PASMA qualified.
Monthly and weekly meetings are held with the teams to summarise all the key incidents and good practice that has happened in all of our projects. Recognition of success is fundamentally important to Intercleanse in the creation of a positive working environment.
Achievements of the team will be regularly recognised, recorded and communicated. We feel it is important to promote participation to achieve excellence. Within the meetings, we provide more training and knowledge to the team and discuss expectations and safe work practices.
Our managers will continually evaluate and analyse site hazards and promptly take action. Our operators will also receive weekly Tool Box talks and training, which will involve pre-use inspections and safe use of equipment, tools and empowering employees to stop unsafe work without retribution.
We will also demonstrate understanding of all hazards and environmental risks associated with work tasks as well as superior safety and environmental work behaviours especially working within the public sector.
Intercleanse has numerous customers who require work to be done within a protected area, many operators have various levels of security clearance. This was paramount for the London 2012 Olympics and continues to be a priority for the airside / landside UK International airport contracts.
